Established 20 years ago, described by our clients as; “A haven”, “My spiritual home”, “The place where me and my horse feel safe and supported” we wanted this new website to be as welcoming as Ashen Equestrian Centre itself.

What makes us unique –

Ashen Equestrian Centre was designed and built by us, for horse owners who value the relationship with and long-term soundness of their horses.

Each clinic and every course is tailored to the individual needs and wants of the participants.

Individual programs are developed with you by establishing –

• What’s happening now.
• What you want instead (and/or as well).
• How to achieve those things, empowering you to comprehensively understand the, what, when, how and why of all the things you are teaching your horse.
• And, how to replicate and continue to progress from home between visits.

The number of participants on all clinics and courses are restricted to ensure quality of delivery.  The yard is small, quiet and exclusively for the use of clinic and course participants.

All coaching and schooling is delivered by Becky Chapman combining a tailored blend of Biomechanics, Classical, Core Conditioning for Horses, and horsemanship skills garnered from over 30 years of experience.  (Occasionally we invite respected clinicians to teach at Ashen E.C, this will always be clearly stated before booking.)

All our facilities are maintained by Chris Chapman to the highest standards, yours and your horse’s comfort and safety being a top priority.

But what makes us truly unique is you.  Non-judgemental.  Mutually respectful.  Encouraging and supportive.
